Interesting realization - lift with glass shaft in Prague residential building

We would like to introduce to you the LC Maxi 650 88N glass lift, which was manufactured in collaboration with our business partner Troják Výtahy s.r.o., featuring the LC Alfa steel elevator shaft. This installation took place in the residential building Ambrožova in Prague. This project serves as an example of a comprehensive lift supply along with the LC Alfa steel elevator shaft.

The prefabricated steel elevator shaft LC Alfa is suitable for lifts with a capacity of 650 kg. It is a glass structure that is characterized by simple and fast assembly without on-site welding.

The LC Maxi lift is available in LC Exclusive stainless steel design with a capacity of 650 kg for a maximum of 8 people. It meets the technical requirements for use by people with limited mobility and facilitates movement for disabled residents of the building.

LC Maxi is a traction lift without a machine room, where the cabin is suspended by ropes and driven by a machine through a traction sheave. It features lower energy consumption due to highly efficient gearless machines. End users will appreciate the quiet operation of the lift and the comfortable cabin environment.

Complete delivery of both the lift and the structure from a single manufacturer ensures 100% mutual compatibility of both components.   

• The cabin is in LC Exclusive stainless steel design with glass walls.
  
• The floor is covered with natural Marmoleum flooring in the Eiger shade.
  
• The handle is in a matte stainless steel finish, complementing the overall look of the cabin.
  
• The recessed seat is made of natural light wood in a stainless steel frame.
  
• Both cabin and shaft doors are automatic, 2-panel doors in stainless steel with central opening.
  
• There are 100 mm high K400 stainless steel kick plates, perforated for ventilation, installed along the cabin walls.
  
• The cabin also includes LED lighting with sandblasted glass for the ceiling illumination.
  
• The control panel on the sides is backlit with the following colors:
  Red - lift going down
  Green - lift going up
  White - lift at a station
